How does your web design process work?

You can simply fill out the form on the contact us page, sending us an outline of what you wish done and any graphics or logos that you have and want used, any text that you need, We will within 2 to 3 days provide you with a few design/template options for the site and will have your site up and running within 3 to 4 weeks depending on the detail that you wish.
All clients are able to log in to a client specific area where you will be able to upload files and images and also where you will see a link that will show progress to date on your site.
Our chief programmer will be available to talk to you online with any queries that you might have.
If you already have a website, and would like to use its existing content for your new website, we can usually take this material directly from you site and start the design process from there. You won’t have to generate any new content for us to begin. However, as you make revisions, the new content will be added to the website.

Who updates my website?

We can install a simple and easy to use content management system for you to use or we can update the site depending on the contract that you take out with us.

What is the "CMS" Content Management System?

Our CMS gives you complete control over your website. It is accessible through a series of secure web pages that are easy to use and require no knowledge of HTML or programming of any kind. Our CMS is 100% Web-based, so you will be able to edit your website from any computer connected to the Internet, anytime, in real time. Using the CMS you can:
o Edit your site navigation menus
o Edit the content (text and images) of any page of your website
o View site usage statistics in easy to understand visual charts, in real time.
o Manage your account information.

Why is there an annual fee?

Similar to a lease, the annual fee helps spread the design and construction costs over time. It also pays for all the Managed Services that are included in your subscription: hosting, content management system, traffic reports and, above all, maintenance by A1Dezine.

What does it cost?

Many of our websites are subscription-based starting at NZ$3000 + GST for initial design with a yearly fee of NZ$1200 + GST which includes hosting and updates. Any revision of the site however will be charged on an hourly basis. Please call or email us for a detailed estimate.

How does the hosting work?

Hosting is one of the services included with your subscription. Once your site is ready to go live, you simply point your domain name URL (web address) to our servers, and it's done. We host all A1dezine websites as part of our yearly fee, or you may elect to have these hosted on your own servers.
